Directions:

From Taylorsville take Highway 90 east to Hiddenite. Turn north onto Sulphur Springs Road and go to Smith Grove Church Road. The property will be on your left after you pass Smith Grove Church Road and on the right if you turn onto Smith Grove.

From Highway 16 north of Taylorsville go east on Vashti Rd 9 miles to the stop sign. Turn left onto Sulphur Springs Rd and the property will be on your left after you pass Smith Grove Church Road and on the right if you turn onto Smith Grove.

The northern most portion of the property has young shortleaf pine. The middle section of the property has a natural hardwood stand. The southernmost property was planted with white pine in 1990. This stand contains a good amount of natural yellow poplar as well.
