Description:

45.79 ± acres in Caldwell County, NC. There are approximately 18 acres of wooded land on the east side of Steeltown Rd with merchantable timber. A woods road gives you access into the wooded property. A powerline right of way bisects this section of the property. The remaining area is in open river bottomland that has most recently planted with corn. The property joins the Yadkin River. Most of the bottomland is in a flood plain. From Lenoir go north on US Hwy 321. Turn right onto NC Hwy 268 and go 4.8 miles. Then turn right onto Steeltown Rd and go 1.4 miles. Property will be on both sides of the road.
