The property has over 400 feet of paved road frontage. The property is a mix of open land and woodland. Several creeks are found on the property and there are numerous trails. The trees on the property are mainly hardwoods with some white pine. Timber harvesting has taken place on the property through the years with the most recent harvest having taken place a couple of years ago on the easternmost portion of the property. There is an old farm house and chicken house on the property, but no value is given to either one.
From the intersection of US Hwy 421 and NC Hwy 115 in Wilkes County, go southeast on NC Hwy 115 for 4.8 miles. Turn right onto Old Salisbury Road and go 1.8 miles. The property will be on the right.
