Headwaters of the pond are on the property. There are several great house sites overlooking the pond. Currently several open areas that could be managed for wildlife food plots or for gardening. Remainder of the property has a good young stand of hardwood timber. Number of old logging roads that could be opened up for ATV trails.

The property is close to Stone Mountain State Park.



From North Wilkesboro go north on Highway 18 to Yellowbanks Road. Turn right onto Yellowbanks and go to Dehart Church Road. Turn left onto Dehart Church Road and go 1.7 miles to Arlie Myers Store Road. Note you will go past Arlie Myers once as it is a loop road. Turn right onto the paved section of Arlie miles and the property and you will see signs on both sides of the road.

Timber: Timber was harvested approximately 20 years ago. Nice young stand of hardwood timber.


Topography: The topography ranges from gently sloping old fields on the western part of the property to steep side slopes on the eastern part of the property.
