From the intersection of NC Hwy 16 and Old Highway 16 go east onto Old Hwy 16 for 2 miles. Turn right onto Clifton Road, cross the New River and take the first left onto Albert Phipps Road. Go down Albert Phipps Road 0.5 miles to the property.
