Land Sales
As forestry professionals we know land. We manage thousands of acres of land for private forestland owners and we know what makes land valuable and appealing. We have the expertise to evaluate the factors affecting property value. Location, topography, water features, tract size, view shed, and elevation are all important to a properties value. Often though timber value is the most important part of a properties value. We have the knowledge and expertise to evaluate timber value on a property. An old land speculators saying is “the best buys come from real estate brokers” referring to the fact most brokers are used to selling houses and have no idea about timber value on a piece of property. We stick with what we know - forestland and rural homesites.
